Minimum Qualifications:

A master's degree and two years of professional experience
OR a bachelor's degree and three years of professional experience.
OR an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of professional-level experience in the above-listed areas for each year of the required education

Job Responsibilities:

The Program Manager reports to the program Administrator and oversees a team of Program Field Representatives who conduct detailed reviews of SNAP casework.
This role is responsible for ensuring that all reviews are completed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with agency policy and federal SNAP regulations.
The Program Manager translates agency goals into actionable team outcomes, coaches field staff, and uses data to drive training and performance improvement.
