Programs Field Representative - H11A OCA
Annual Salary $54,864.56 + Full State Employee Benefits
Travel is occasional. Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain required car insurance.
This position will serve as the program integrity officer within OCA, conducting investigative training to new employees as well as tenured staff to ensure investigative fidelity, conduct quality assurance assessments on both vulnerable adult and juvenile investigations.
Will train internal and external partners on OCA investigative processes.
Office of Client Advocacy Program point of contact for statewide multidisciplinary teams (MDTs).
Represent OCA investigations at all mortality review meetings related to open investigations and will utilize data to track trends related to investigative processes, pain points and patterns of abuse/neglect with individuals and/or agencies.
Preferred Minimum Qualifications
- A master’s degree and three years of professional experience in social work, child support, adult protective services, child welfare, early childhood development and education, guidance and counseling, nursing, intellectual disability, probation and parole, public administration, community-based prevention, and diversionary youth services programs, juvenile justice, rehabilitation counseling, vocational evaluation or vocational rehabilitation;
- OR an equivalent combination and experience, substituting 1 additional year of qualifying experience for each year of the required education.
*Professional experience in the fields listed must have been the primary job responsibility to be considered as qualifying. Incidental performance of professional work in any area(s) shall not be considered.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serves as the grievance liaison for the Youth Grievance Program Reporting, provide consultation for the Intake unit.
- Office of Client Advocacy Program point of contact for Agency Partner Local Grievance Coordinators to include strong data tracking and validation for all grievance programs, and training of Local Grievance Coordinators for Child Welfare Services Youth Grievance Program & Development Disabilities Services Grievance Program.
- Conduct site visits to children's congregate care facilities and Development Disabilities Services provider agencies.
