Programs Manager II
E11B DDS Annual Salary $60,790.80 + Full State Employee Benefits
Travel is occasional. Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s degree and one year of professional experience,
- OR Bachelor’s degree and two years of professional experience
- OR an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of professional level experience for each year of the required education.
*NOTE: No substitution will be allowed for the required professional supervisory, managerial, consultative or administrative experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides oversight for State funded residential services which includes regular site visits, audit state funded invoices and ensures appropriate and accurate census for group homes, assisted living, and Prader Willi services.
- Provides oversight for the Prader Willi program which includes regular site visits, overall programmatic compliance by maintaining communication with the Prader Willi providers and the Oklahoma Prader Willi chapter Association.
- Review, monitor and follow up for Administrative OCA referrals to provider agencies to ensure quality services are met and are within compliance regulations.
- Complete state funded requests and maintain database of approvals.
- Review and monitor identified gap in services for a variety of residential services. Will provide technical assistance to the identified provider regarding services gaps.
