Adult Protective Services Specialist IV - H26D
Annual Salary: $49,229.16 + Full state employee benefits

Travel is extensive. Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain required car insurance.
Requirements consist of a master’s degree and two years of experience in professional social work;
Bachelor’s degree and three years of experience in professional social work;
The APSS IV supervises, mentors & coaches the APS specialists in the unit, identifies strengths & weaknesses, formalizes staff development plans and completes the HCM-111 process.
Reviews screening work for quality & serves as the lead liaison with the Abuse & Neglect Hotline leadership to improve the quality of information gathered during the intake process.
Conducts monthly & individual meetings with staff, case staffing and meets with community partners as needed.
Interprets policy, procedures and instruction to staff for the screening unit.
Monitors performance dashboards and performance reports and manages the intake throughout to ensure balanced workloads.
Ability to work on a diverse team and directly with people from diverse backgrounds specifically racial, ethnic, socioeconomic, and disabilities.
