Family Services Specialist IV - H14D

This position is located in Tulsa, Oklahoma City, or Muskogee, Oklahoma.

Travel is Occasional - Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain required car insurance.

Annual Salary:  $46,638.15/Annually + Full State Benefits

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree and one (1) year in professional social work.
  • Or a bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of experience in professional social work.
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one additional year of experience in professional social work for each year of the bachelor’s degree.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • This position is a supervisor-level position.  Supervision will be for a group of customer experience specialists who provide world-class service on the AFS Benefits Line to Adult and Family Services clients.  
  • Responsibilities include call and case audits, ensuring policy and procedure is followed appropriately, providing clear expectations and documentation to staff, and independently performing complex tasks.
  • Must also display excellent customer service skills, flexibility, and organization.  
  • Various set work schedules are available. 
  • Ability to work on a diverse team and directly with people from diverse backgrounds specifically racial, ethnic, socioeconomic, and disabilities.
