Annual Salary:

Level I H20A: $36,811.95 + Full State Employee Benefits
Level II H20B: $39,571.76 + Full State Employee Benefits

Travel is occasional. Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain required car insurance.

Minimum Qualifications:

Social Services Specialist I

A Bachelor's Degree
OR an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of experience in professional social work for each year of the required education.

Social Services Specialist II

A Master's degree;
OR a Bachelor's degree and one year of experience in professional social work;
OR an equivalent combination of education and social work, substituting one year of professional social work for each year of the required education.

This position is with the Closure and Reactivation Department within the ADvantage Waiver Program.

Job Responsibilities

Processing ADvantage closure requests
Processing ADvantage reactivation requests
Resolve related Provider Questions
Participating in required trainings and staff meetings and participating in Provider Trainings as needed
May be required to assist in other areas, as needed, due to need.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs for transporting computer.
Must have stable reliable, high speed home Internet (not a hot spot) for telework or will be required to work in office.
