Minimum Qualifications

Master’s degree and four years of professional experience.
OR a Bachelor’s degree and five years of professional experience.
OR an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of professional level experience for each year of the required education.

Preference Statement

Preference may be given to applicants with previous experience with state and federal contracts, budgets, and programs.

Job Duties

The Program Administrator will oversee and manage the Food Distribution Programs and School Nutrition Programs. This includes the administration of four federal food programs through handling daily operations, budgets, compliance, staff coordination, data reporting, developing grants and contracts, monitoring procurement, and ensuring services meet state/federal guidelines.

Program Oversight and management: Manages the day-to-day operations including administrative and warehouse responsibilities, strategic planning, contracting, funding, inventory control, and implementation of programs with supervision of 3 program managers.
Compliance: Ensures adherence to state and federal laws and policy guidelines; interprets government regulations and drafting policies to ensure program activities adhere to legal standards
Budget & Resources: Manages program funding, resource allocation, and tracks expenditures.
Data & Reporting: Collects, analyzes, and reports data to assess program effectiveness and compliance.
