Annual Salary, $41,874.84 + Full State Employee Benefits.
Workdays for this position are: Monday - Friday
Hours for this position are: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Shift-diff pay is paid after standard hours.

Master’s Degree; or a Bachelor’s Degree and one year of experience in professional social work.
*Position serves as a Court Liaison at the Juvenile Justice Center, coordinating services between Child Welfare and the Juvenile Court System. * Documents court minutes during all deprived and dually adjudicated court proceedings. * Processes and files pick-up orders, genetic testing, and medical consents. Also processes and files reports to District Attorneys, court dockets, and court reports. * Assists Assistant District Attorneys, Public Defender and DHS Legal offices with requests.
Ability to work on a diverse team and directly with people from diverse backgrounds specifically racial, ethnic, socioeconomic, and disabilities.
All new Child Welfare Specialists attend training required by law or outlined in the Pinnacle Plan. They must successfully complete the initial Child Welfare Specialist Academy.
