Annual Salary $105,000.00 + Full State Employee Benefits
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree and five years of professional experience.
- OR Bachelor’s degree and six years of professional experience.
- OR an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of professional level experience for each year of the required education.
Job Duties
Under the direction of the Community Living, Aging & Protective Services (CAP) Division Director, this position is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing Medicaid Services operations while providing direct supervision to Nursing and Program Administrators. The role includes evaluating program effectiveness, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and developing and revising policies and procedures to support quality service delivery. This position collaborates with agency leadership, state partners, vendors, and other stakeholders to align program goals and priorities with regulatory requirements. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills are essential, including the ability to present information to various audiences.
