H11A DDS Annual Salary $55,874.34 + Full State Employee Benefits

Travel is occasional. Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain required car insurance.

Minimum Qualifications

A master’s degree and three years of professional experience in social work, child support, adult protective services, child welfare, early childhood development and education, guidance and counseling, nursing, intellectual disability, probation and parole, public administration, community-based prevention, and diversionary youth services programs, juvenile justice, rehabilitation counseling, vocational evaluation or vocational rehabilitation;
OR an equivalent combination and experience, substituting 1 additional year of qualifying experience for each year of the required education.

*Professional experience in the fields listed must have been the primary job responsibility to be considered as qualifying. Incidental performance of professional work in any area(s) shall not be considered.

Job Responsibilities:

Complete State mandated of completing oversight audits (Pre-admission Screening and Resident Review / PASRR) for residents of Nursing Facilities. Support Oklahoma Health Care Authority in determinations of appropriate placements in Nursing homes.
Complete initial and annual Oklahoma Choice Assessments for individuals receiving Home and Community Based Waiver services. Assist DDS Case Managers is making requests for the Oklahoma Choice Assessment and troubleshooting problems.
