Annual Salary: $66,106.39 + Full State Employee Benefits

Job-related Travel is occasional. Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain required car insurance. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience required at this level consists of a master’s degree and two years of professional experience;
  • OR a bachelor’s degree and three years of professional experience;
  • OR an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting 1 additional year of qualifying experience for each year of the required education.


*Professional experience in the fields listed must have been the primary job responsibility to be considered as qualifying. Incidental performance of professional work in any area(s) shall not be considered.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the day-to-day operation of the Continuous Quality Improvement’s Contract Performance Review (CPR) unit in Child Welfare.  Responsible for all facets of the Contract Performance Review process. 
  • Leadership position for the CPR Unit which completes contract reviews for agencies/entities providing care for custody youth, second-level QA of CFSR Reviews, and FC&A QA Reviews.
  • Provides ongoing support to contracted agencies that provide care for custody youth and works closely with other programs within Child Welfare to address contractual issues.
  • Meets with FC&A leadership to provide data after each quarterly review to apprise them of trends, practices, and issues they may address in future trainings and meetings with staff.  
  • Assists with additional quality improvement projects.
