Annual Salary: $74,960.21 + Full State Employee Benefits
Travel is Occasional. Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance.
Minimum Qualifications
Completion of a Bachelor's degree in social work, behavioral science, guidance and counseling, or public administration and 6 years of professional social work or social science administration, including 3 years of qualifying experience in assigned program as a supervisor, a senior programs administrator, or in program management.
OR
Completion of a Master's degree in social work, behavioral science, guidance and counseling, or public administration and 5 years of professional social work or social science administration, including 3 years of qualifying experience in assigned program as a supervisor, a senior programs administrator, or in program management.
OR
An equivalent combination of education and experience substituting one (1) additional year of qualifying work experience for each year of required education.

Job Responsibilities
This position provides strategic oversight and operational leadership for multiple Family Support Specialist IV team leads and their respective teams within the division.
The primary function is to ensure effective service delivery by managing day-to-day operations, maintaining accountability standards, coordinating training initiatives, and allocating resources to support frontline staff in meeting client needs.
The major objective is to create a cohesive, well-functioning division that delivers consistent, high-quality family support services while maintaining compliance with agency policies and fostering professional development across all team levels.
