Programs Field Representative
H11A Annual Salary $52,642.81 + Full State Employee Benefits
Occasional work extended and/or weekends
Travel is occasional. Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain required car insurance.
Preferred Minimum Qualifications
- A master’s degree and three years of professional experience in social work, child support, adult protective services, child welfare, early childhood development and education, guidance and counseling, nursing, intellectual disability, probation and parole, public administration, community-based prevention, and diversionary youth services programs, juvenile justice, rehabilitation counseling, vocational evaluation or vocational rehabilitation;
- OR an equivalent combination and experience, substituting 1 additional year of qualifying experience for each year of the required education.
*Professional experience in the fields listed must have been the primary job responsibility to be considered as qualifying. Incidental performance of professional work in any area(s) shall not be considered.
Job Responsibilities:
Provides process support for field staff, leadership, and partner organizations for all AFS program areas.
Performs system testing and diagnostic support for system, application, and data exchange changes and upgrades. Reports process issues and participates in developing resolutions, workarounds, and training.
Coordinates with Program Policy staff to support policy changes that impact division staff and their work.
Operational support encompasses the systems, processes, and resources that facilitate the smooth functioning of Adult and Family Services' daily operations.
This position is critical in the administration of all OKDHS Adult and Family Services functions, including, but not limited to: Providing statewide Operational Support for internal and external users of the AFS case management processing and benefit delivery systems.
Responsible for planning, analyzing, and improving processes for customer support and communicating changes efficiently and effectively.
Providing training and technical support statewide to division personnel, field staff in all Service Centers, and staff of other Divisions and state agencies
Responding to written and verbal inquiries received from outside the Division regarding AFS systems and program-related matters.
Providing access/permissions to necessary tools, equipment, and resources, sharing best practices, and setting up accounts/onboarding.
Advising product development teams by providing insight from interactions with the field staff, Centers, and staff of other Divisions and state agencies
