Summary:
This position with the ADvantage Waiver Administration is a hybrid in-person/telework position. It has the potential to be full-time in person in the future. The candidate will need to provide a high-speed Internet connection (not a hotspot) to work remotely. If the candidate cannot maintain connectivity, they will work from an OKDHS office.
Job Responsibilities:
This position will work directly with the state Electronic Visit Verification system and serve as a subject matter expert on EVV requirements, as well as assist with federal compliance requirements efforts.
They will offer support to other ADvantage Waiver Administration departments.
This position requires the use of several state enterprise systems to coordinate communications.
This position will be analyzing, providing supporting information, and case documentation for the following (among other tasks):
Provider Support (Harmony system)
Audit team, Provider Relations, and Escalated Issue team inquiries
Creating regular reports and documenting findings
Potential to research fraud, waste, and abuse
Make and take Provider phone calls on a limited basis
Represents the ADvantage Program among several independent providers and state-contracted vendors
Exhibits strong knowledge and practice of customer service standards
Analyze data received through the EVV system. Surveys and audits Provider agencies on their usage of the EVV system and make recommendations for program development to meet federal requirements
Preferred Minimum Qualifications
- A master’s degree and three years of professional experience in social work, child support, adult protective services, child welfare, early childhood development and education, guidance and counseling, nursing, intellectual disability, probation and parole, public administration, community-based prevention and diversionary youth services programs, juvenile justice, rehabilitation counseling, vocational evaluation or vocational rehabilitation;

- An equivalent combination and experience, substituting 1 additional year of qualifying experience for each year of the required education.
*Professional experience in the fields listed must have been the primary job responsibility to be considered qualifying. Incidental performance of professional work in any area(s) shall not be considered.
