H11A Annual Salary $54,275.15 + Full State Employee Benefits
Travel is occasional. Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance.
Minimum Qualifications
- A master’s degree and three years of professional experience in social work, child support, adult protective services, child welfare, early childhood development and education, guidance and counseling, nursing, intellectual disability, probation and parole, public administration, community-based prevention and diversionary youth services programs, juvenile justice, rehabilitation counseling, vocational evaluation or vocational rehabilitation;
- OR an equivalent combination and experience, substituting 1 additional year of qualifying experience for each year of the required education.
*Professional experience in the fields listed must have been the primary job responsibility to be considered as qualifying. Incidental performance of professional work in any area(s) shall not be considered.
Job Duties
- Provides continuous feedback to employees using specific terms regarding work performance in guardianship case skills.
- Recommends and oversees changes within the district related to area of expertise related to guardianships or other areas as assigned or requested by the District Field Manager.
- Conducts audits of guardianship cases in the district or as requested, documenting results. Emails results to the Field Manager, assigned supervisor, and specialist.
- Analyzes case activity, process, and needs and reports trends to the Field Manager to provide quality assurance of all guardianship cases.
- Ensures accountability and timely documentation in guardianship cases by communication, training, and setting dates for completion.
- Reviews statistical data and other program data and updates reports monthly.
- Ensures specific reviews of account reconciliations, communicating with the assigned specialist and supervisor regarding needed actions and goals.
- Investigates problem areas in program implementation and management practices as requested or assigned by District Field Manager.
- Serves as program resource on guardianship process and collaboration with internal partners for the District Field Manager and local staff.
- Represents and acts with the authority of the district director.
- Responds to informational requests from the Field Manager promptly.
- Assists in arranging trainings and meetings.
- Participates in task forces and in various community forums.
Preference may be given to a candidate who is familiar with Salesforce and Office 365
