Programs Field Representative - H11A CW
Annual Salary $61,790.27 + Full State Employee Benefits
Travel is EXTENSIVE. Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain required car insurance.
Minimum Qualifications
- A master’s degree and three years of professional experience in social work, child support, adult protective services, child welfare, early childhood development and education, guidance and counseling, nursing, intellectual disability, probation and parole, public administration, community-based prevention and diversionary youth services programs, juvenile justice, rehabilitation counseling, vocational evaluation or vocational rehabilitation;
- OR an equivalent combination and experience, substituting 1 additional year of qualifying experience for each year of the required education.
*Professional experience in the fields listed must have been the primary job responsibility to be considered as qualifying. Incidental performance of professional work in any area(s) shall not be considered.
Job Duties
- Provides training, consultation, and information to DHS and Tribal staff, public and private agencies, and individuals to increase well-being outcomes for youth, with a focus on older adolescents in the Pathways to Launch program.
- Assists in gathering data and information on outcomes from the Pathways to Launch program.
- Conducts administrative reviews and eligibility checks; responds to due dates.
- Develops policy, forms, brochures, and guides that support the Pathways to Launch program and serves on task forces.
- This position may include assisting with training

Preference may be given to applicants who have experience with transition-age Foster Care youth, including transition from care planning
