Programs Field Representative
H11A DDS Annual Salary $55,874.34 + Full State Employee Benefits
Travel is occasional. Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain required car insurance.
Preferred Minimum Qualifications
- A master’s degree and three years of professional experience in social work, child support, adult protective services, child welfare, early childhood development and education, guidance and counseling, nursing, intellectual disability, probation and parole, public administration, community-based prevention, and diversionary youth services programs, juvenile justice, rehabilitation counseling, vocational evaluation or vocational rehabilitation;
- OR an equivalent combination and experience, substituting 1 additional year of qualifying experience for each year of the required education.
*Professional experience in the fields listed must have been the primary job responsibility to be considered as qualifying. Incidental performance of professional work in any area(s) shall not be considered.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for CCM and other DDS applications; run ad hoc reports from Business Objects, CCM and other sources; complete data analysis and provide valuable insights for decision-making, opportunities for improvement, or to identify system-wide trends; extract meaningful insights and conclusions from analyzed data, translate complex findings into understandable and actionable information; create visual representations like charts, graphs, and dashboards to present data findings; prepare comprehensive reports or summaries to communicate findings to stakeholders; monitor and improve the quality of the data entered into our systems through data cleaning and analysis; set up user accounts to monitor and manage access to DDS applications; serves as Decentralized Security Representative (DSR) for the division, and assists in the onboarding of new staff and contractors; ensure appropriate security measures are in place for user accounts; support users in accessing their accounts and resolving access issues; develop and/complete test plans for software changes; complete validation testing and compile results; provide routine and as needed training to users of CCM and other applications; develop training materials.
